MI Division ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Military GPS Survival Kit mobile application (the "App"). The App accesses your device's location services to provide core navigation, mapping, compass, GPS, and location-based functionality. Location data is processed locally on your device to deliver these features. We do not store or transmit your precise location to our servers.

b. Device Identifiers

We may collect device identifiers (such as advertising IDs or anonymous device IDs) for analytics, crash reporting, and to improve the App's performance and stability. These identifiers do not personally identify you.

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services that may independently collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies. These services include, but are not limited to:

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Most data processed by the App (including location, sensor data, photos, and media) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can delete locally stored App data at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App. Data collected by third-party services (Firebase, Facebook, etc.) is retained according to their respective data retention policies.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data

The App and all information, content, and features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MI Division disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MI Division shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of your data; (c) any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the App's content or functionality, including but not limited to GPS coordinates, compass readings, altitude measurements, navigation data, or map data; or (d) any other matter relating to the App.

The App is intended as a supplementary tool only and must not be relied upon as a primary source for navigation, positioning, or location-critical decisions. Users are solely responsible for verifying all information provided by the App through independent means.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
